What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective form of psychotherapy which taps into the power and wisdom your sub-conscious mind and also your supra-conscious or “Higher Mind.”
What are the goals of Clinical Hypnotherapy?
Clinical Hypnotherapy is used for facilitating the following:

What happens in a Clinical Hypnotherapy session?
Firstly, I conduct a clinical interview to get to know you and your personal situation.
After I have sufficient information, you then sit on a couch or lie down on a padded table.
I then make you experience a light to medium hypnotic trance- a state between wakefulness and sleep, so that you are still able to listen to me, and simultaneously be enjoyably relaxed.
While you are in the state of deep relaxation, I will verbally communicate with both your sub-conscious and supra-conscious minds.
Because you are not unconscious or asleep, you will still be in control of yourself during the hypnotherapy process.
To end the session, I gradually rouse you alertness, so you leave the session feeling rested, energized, and happy.
