Mind Spa Therapy is a unique and gentle touch therapy which brings soothing relaxation to both your mind and body.

What happens in a Mind Spa Therapy session?
A typical session lasts for an hour.
You lie down on a padded table, fully clothed.
To start off the session, I do a very light hypnotic induction which puts you in a pleasant healing trance.
I then apply very light touch and gentle movements on key areas of your body (such as the head, face, chest, abdomen, pelvis, legs, arms, and feet).
As the Mind Spa Therapy proceeds, the stress and tension get released from your body, making you feel very light in both mind and body.
The deep relaxation often surfaces subconscious images, memories, and emotions which we can then discuss and process in future talk therapy sessions.
At the end of the Mind Spa Therapy session, you will have a general feeling of mental, emotional, and physical relaxation and rejuvenation.
