What happens in a Spinal Stress Release Therapy session?
You will lie face down on a padded table with your back and the whole length of your spine unclothed. A light blanket will cover the parts of your spine that are not worked on.
I will then do a series of interventions consisting of neck-spine mobilization, trigger point therapy, soft tissue massage, gentle hand placements, and energy healing on your spine.
Emotions, images, and body sensations may spontaneously arise during the session which you may verbally share with me as they occur.
Your body and spine may move spontaneously as your muscles unwind and release trapped emotional energy.
A brief period of verbal processing is done after the session.
At the end of the session, you will feel emotionally and physically lighter, balanced, and rejuvenated.
